Morgan Zhang

Morgan Zhang is currently UK Venture Partner of Unity Ventures, a venture capital firm based in London. He was previously Partner and COO of Unity Ventures, before which he was Director of Baidu’s M&A department, where he invested over US$2.6 billion on TMT, education, healthcare, Internet security and financial sectors. Prior to this, he was chairman of Baidu’s software product committee, and was responsible for all software business in Baidu.

Dr. Davide Menga

Dr Davide Menga is Co-founder and CEO of ATOM-X, an MIT-born climate technology company developing electrochemical systems to produce e-methanol directly from water and captured CO₂ under ambient conditions. Drawing on his background in electrochemistry and advanced catalysis, he leads ATOM-X’s work to decarbonise fuel and chemical production by simplifying one of the key pathways for converting CO₂ into industrially useful molecules.

Xi Zhang is the founder of Superlab Suisse and an architect whose work bridges spatial design, creative experimentation, and cultural innovation. Through Superlab Suisse, she advances a multidisciplinary platform for research, collaboration, and new forms of architectural and artistic practice.

Quaid Childers works across high jewellery and private investments, with a focus on long-term capital strategy, alternative value creation, and private market opportunities. Drawing on a fourth-generation family background in jewellery and his work with the Burning Mirror Foundation, he brings a cross-sector perspective on investment, strategic insight, philanthropy, and the ways private capital can shape institutional and market outcomes.

Linn Zhang is a cultural geographer bridging expertise in human geography, curatorial practices, and creative entrepreneurship to pioneer cutting-edge dialogues across and beyond disciplinary boundaries.

Caroline Chang is a non-executive director, investor, and strategic adviser with deep experience across finance, risk management, restructurings, turnarounds, healthcare, life sciences, and technology ventures. A Harvard Law School alumna, she brings a cross-sector perspective to impact investing, governance, and the use of innovation to support vulnerable communities.
